In light of Governor Pritzker’s stay at home order, we are implementing additional measures to protect our employees and customers. Being in agriculture, we are able to continue to operate our business and serve our customers’ needs for fuel, propane, feed and agronomy products, and prepare for the spring planting season. Your business is very important to us and we are doing our best to minimize the impact this has on our ability to serve you. However, it is still critically important we implement additional measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.

The measures we are implementing include limiting face-to-face contact and interaction between employees and with customers. Our agronomy supply and grain locations are closed to the public except for pre-scheduled pick up of products. Our convenience stores are still open. If you are in need of product, please call the location ahead of time to place your order, and we will do our best to have the items you are requesting prepared for you.  We ask customers to please eliminate drop-by visits of any kind. We are implementing flexible shifts for critical job functions to maintain operations at critical locations. We are eliminating the physical presence of less-critical functions during this period of time and allowing individuals to work remotely if work responsibilities allow. We are asking employees to ensure we are practicing social distancing.

If you are in need of fuel or propane, please call us and our sales and delivery team members can take care of your needs with little face-to-face contact with you or other personnel. Again, we ask that our customers do not come to our locations unless to pick-up product (by calling ahead). For any other needs or requests, you can always call our facilities to conduct business of any kind over the phone or through email. To pay your bill, you can go online to pay if you have an account setup, or emailing to set up an online account, or you can mail in your payment. We are here for you during this difficult time! We will continue to monitor the situation to keep our employees, families and customers safe and healthy, while also serving the needs of all customers and preparing for spring season to do our part to help feed and fuel the world.
