South Central FS is pleased to welcome you, Clark County Illini FS customers, to our cooperative. South Central FS has been the neighboring FS company since 1944. We service 9 other counties in south central Illinois: Moultrie, Shelby, Coles, Cumberland, Effingham, Fayette, Clay, Bond, and Marion counties. We take great pride in being a local cooperative that is owned by our customers. We hope you consider giving us the opportunity to serve you.

There are some housekeeping items we ask for your assistance in completing to get started working with us. Below you will find access to our credit applications, propane and energy equipment lease agreements, and more. Please contact us with any questions you have, and we will be happy to assist you!

Complete the Credit Application

First and foremost, please complete the South Central FS Credit Application to the fullest extent. If you are a Farm Bureau member, we must have your full tax id/social security number in order for you to receive patronage.

You only need to fill out the Credit Application once - either through the paper copy mailed to you or through the electronic version below. If you do it online, you will not need to mail any of the documents back in. You will not undergo a credit check; it is merely to ensure proper billing information. If you need multiple accounts set up, fill out a credit application for each account needed.

Additionally, if you are leasing a fuel or propane tank from Illini FS, please complete the appropriate lease below. There will be additional mailings regarding your lease equipment, which will include a paper lease as well. You only need to fill out the appropriate lease once per tank you have - either through the paper copy that will be mailed to you or through the electronic version below.
